Order Protection for Magento
A Magento 2 module for cart and checkout, with replacement orders and credit memos handled for you.
What it does
Our Magento 2 module adds a protection checkbox or toggle to your cart, mini-cart and checkout, with your own label and description. It sends orders, shipments and catalog updates to Order Protection. When a claim is approved, the module creates a replacement order or refunds the original payment with an online credit memo.
How it works
Download the module, install it in app/code and run setup:upgrade.
Create an API token in your Order Protection dashboard.
Create a webhook to your store’s Order Protection endpoint, using the access token from a Magento integration as the secret.
In Stores › Configuration › Sales › Order Protection, add your API token and store URL.
What the module does
Sends orders, cancellations, shipments with tracking, and inventory and product changes
Syncs your catalog on a schedule, from the admin or from the command line
Pulls in your price tiers, who pays and auto-add settings, which can differ per store view
Creates replacement orders and online credit memos when a claim is approved
Adds claim messages to the order as comments
