Order Protection for Shopify
Protection in your cart, and in checkout on Shopify Plus, with claims resolved back into Shopify.
What it does
Order Protection adds a protection offer to your Shopify cart and, on Shopify Plus, inside checkout. Orders, shipments and refunds sync from Shopify in real time. When a claim is approved, the fix lands back in Shopify as a reship order, a refund to the original payment method, or store credit, in the order’s original currency.
How it works
Accept our collaborator request, or install the private app link we send you. Each store gets its own Order Protection app.
We add the Order Protection product to your catalog and install the cart widget on a copy of your theme for you to review.
On Shopify Plus, the offer can also sit inside checkout through our checkout extension.
Orders, shipments and refunds start syncing, and shoppers can file claims from your claim portal or the thank-you page.
