We’re making in-person events cool again.
Not that they ever really stopped being cool, but after a few years of bad Wi-Fi connections over Zoom, virtual happy hours, and lots of long-distance communication, we’re extra stoked to be connecting with people IRL.
And making those connections is especially important for the Order Protection team. We build deep, thoughtful relationships with our customers, truly partnering with them to provide exceptional post-purchase experiences to their customers. We celebrate when our customers win, and we bust out the whiteboard and roll up our sleeves when there are problems or issues to resolve.
We begin to lay the foundation for these solid partnerships from the first interactions we have with prospective customers. And this year, we’ve placed a focus on conducting these initial interactions in-person when possible, by hosting intimate networking dinners across the country.
Our most recent event took place in beautiful Santa Monica, where we hosted 170 eCommerce minds over great food and drinks, and even better conversations. We teamed up with the brilliant folks at Good Peeps who helped us take this dinner to the next level.
